The old camera works perfectly. That is the problem.

“Lurking in the Lens” is for collectors who prefer their horror patient, watchful, and difficult to explain. An original two-sentence story inspired this original poster artwork, where an attic full of photographs reveals the same impossible subject.

The figure appears in every frame. Then it appears outside them.

The Nanofiction:

“I was fascinated by the photos that the old camera I found in the attic produced. The fascination turned to horror when I saw that all the pictures showed a shadowy figure instead of my intended subjects.”

Every photograph is evidence. None will tell you what happens next.

  • Printed on 180 gsm fine art photo paper.
